Shael Sutherland

Shael Sutherland is the heart and driving force behind CORSTUDIOS. With over two decades of experience in the performing arts and a BSc Psychology, she combines creativity and insight to build a studio culture that nurtures both artistic and personal growth.

Her journey began as a performer and choreographer before evolving into dance education and studio leadership. Over the years, Shael has directed large-scale productions, led international dance tours, and guided countless young performers to discover their potential both on and off the stage.

At CORSTUDIOS, Shael’s philosophy is simple — every dancer deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. She is passionate about creating an environment where students can express themselves freely, develop confidence and resilience, and form lifelong friendships through the shared joy of dance.

Balancing her roles as studio director, creative leader, and mum, Shael brings empathy, professionalism, and authenticity to everything she does. Her commitment to excellence and community continues to inspire her team, her students, and the families who make up the CORSTUDIOS family.

Megan Badart

Megan Badart is the creative soul and steady guiding hand behind CORSTUDIOS. With a lifelong passion for dance and education, Megan has dedicated her career to helping young performers grow in confidence, artistry and joy.

Her extensive experience as a teacher, choreographer and mentor has shaped her into a deeply respected leader within the dance community. Known for her calm presence, technical excellence and genuine care for every student, Megan brings both artistry and heart to every class and production she’s part of.

As Co-Director, Megan plays an integral role in shaping the culture and curriculum at CORSTUDIOS — ensuring every dancer, from beginner to advanced, feels valued and empowered to reach their potential.

Driven by creativity and connection, Megan believes dance is not only about performance, but about building character, resilience and lifelong friendships. Her thoughtful leadership and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the CORSTUDIOS family.
